I find I have a real feel for what is good to eat on this program and putting meals together has become a lot easier. This breakfast for instance was delicious, spinach wilted in butter teamed with avocado, smoked salmon and a poached egg!
I have lost almost 5 kg since mid May, coming home from Hong Kong with an expanded waistline! My clothes are all loose and so I will need to go shopping and also get some of my favourite things taken in. I am loving this!!!
